Mark Grosser : CEO
Throughout his career, Mark has worked in a broad range of business management areas including: Information Systems Management, Project Management, Product Development Process Management and Marketing Management. His career has spanned a number of industries including: healthcare, retail and duty free, stockbroking, hospitality, distribution and high technology.
At Cochlear, the world leader in the development of Implant Assisted Hearing, Mark managed the development of the company's international product development processes. During his time at Cochlear he also chaired the Software Process Improvement Network, a non profit industry group associated with developing corporate process capabilities for businesses of all sizes.
At Micromedical (now Ventracor), Australia's first artificial heart developer, Mark was responsible for developing strategic partnerships and distribution channels as well as being instrumental in that company receiving ISO9001 and EN46001.
Most recently, Mark has managed the rollout of a Management Information System at Henry Schein Regional, a worldwide supplier of healthcare products. While there he was also responsible for managing the Business Intelligence and Information Systems for a group of 13 other small to large size companies as part of the Regional Group - included in this group was: Aeris, Nanosonics, Regional Pharmaceuticals and Regional Healthcare.
Omer Ingber : Director
With his extensive knowledge and global experience in the high-tech industry acquired in Israel, the United States and Australia, Omer oversees Protogen's research and development department.
Over the past 10 years, Omer has been involved with projects spanning across a wide range of industries including: gaming and entertainment, automotive, telecommunication, retail and services.
Throughout these projects, Omer gained his expertise in: software engineering, algorithm development, pre and post sales engineering, IT consultancy and management.
Prior to joining Protogen Omer managed a small IT consultancy firm targeting the Australian market.
Omer holds a BSc in Computer Science and Business Administration from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Robert Mitreski : Director
Robert brings to Protogen Technologies 10 years of website and front-end development experience to the table and has worked with some of the largest companies around the world such as Alphapharm, Bing Lee, Breville, GlaxoSmithKline, Fuji Xerox, Henry Schien Regional and Wright Patton Shakespeare (WPS).
Nick Devereaux : Director
Nick has experience in C#, MVC, ASP.NET, MS SQL, jQuery, sysadmin for Linux and Microsoft servers.
He has been involved in the implementation and management of over 100 online Content Management Systems, overseen the development and deployment of a state wide asset management systems, and workflow driven web applications.
Nick enjoys a wide gamut of challenges, from multitiered performance improvement, to database forensics and user experience optimisation.
